The Momentous Group
Replacing legacy offline media with a data-driven performance marketing engine
The Momentous Group is an experiential events and hospitality company built at the intersection of sports and entertainment. From CaroMont Health Park, a baseball stadium it animates with marquee events, the team produces public spectacles for local fans and private corporate gatherings for its business clients.
Scaling venue revenue requires running B2C ticket promotion and high-ACV corporate sales as synchronized performance channels. We overhauled The Momentous Group’s go-to-market strategy by defining distinct buyer personas, building automated lead-nurturing workflows, and shifting legacy media budgets into high-intent digital channels. This created a predictable pipeline for corporate hospitality alongside continuous ticket velocity for flagship events.
Two Buyers, One Ballpark
Every event represented a fixed revenue window. Once a game, concert, or hospitality experience passed, the opportunity was gone. CaroMont Health Park needed a marketing engine that could consistently fill seats while supporting two fundamentally different buying journeys.
Corporate hospitality buyers required a longer, relationship-driven path involving multiple stakeholders, while individual ticket buyers made fast, mobile-first purchase decisions. Rather than forcing both audiences through the same funnel, we built dedicated acquisition and conversion strategies for each. Performance media replaced traditional awareness campaigns, allowing budget to shift dynamically toward the channels, audiences, and campaigns that generated measurable ticket sales, hospitality bookings, and revenue.
Two Journeys, One Engine
Audience research split corporate hospitality buyers from local attendees and defined a distinct journey for each.
A CRM strategy and lifecycle workflows routed every corporate inquiry and fan signup into the right follow-up sequence.
Transformed the marketing strategy to prioritize measurable growth, optimizing every campaign around conversions instead of reach.
Each promoted event ran as an accountable campaign, measured on the leads and revenue it returned.
The biggest gains came from aligning the marketing strategy with how each audience actually buys. Dedicated customer journeys increased lead volume by 170%, while promoted events delivered an average 2.8x ROAS. With one connected marketing engine, CaroMont Health Park can now grow both corporate hospitality and ticket sales through a single, measurable strategy.
