Salesforce is the cloud CRM platform that centralizes accounts, contacts, opportunities, cases, and campaigns across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. It exposes a rich metadata model, REST and Bulk APIs, Flow automation, and the Einstein/Data Cloud AI layer. For revenue teams it is the system of record where pipeline, forecasting, and customer history live.

How we build with it

EGGKNITE treats Salesforce as the backbone of the revenue stack, then engineers around it. We design custom objects, fields, validation rules, and record-triggered Flows that mirror how a business actually sells, and we wire it to the rest of the marketing engine — paid media, ad platforms, web forms, product signals, and the data warehouse — so lead source, spend, and closed-won all reconcile in one place. Bulk and streaming APIs move data cleanly, and enrichment and dedupe logic keep the CRM trustworthy enough to make decisions on.

On top of that foundation we build the intelligence layer. We push offline conversions back to ad networks for accurate ROAS, model lead scoring and account propensity, and stand up dashboards and reverse-ETL syncs between Salesforce, BigQuery, and lifecycle tools. When native limits get in the way we extend with Apex, LWC, and platform events, keeping automation observable and versioned rather than buried in point-and-click sprawl.

Yes. Much of our work is remediation — deduping records, rationalizing fields and automation, and rebuilding brittle Flows and reports so the org becomes a reliable source of truth.
