It connects directly to storefronts like Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce, so behavioral triggers such as abandoned carts, browse events, and post-purchase flows run on live shopper data.

How we build with it

EGGKNITE integrates Omnisend as the lifecycle engine inside an ecommerce growth stack. We wire it to the store and product feed, map events and custom properties through the API, and structure contacts, segments, and consent so email and SMS share one clean audience. From there we build the automation library — welcome, abandoned cart and checkout, browse abandonment, post-purchase, replenishment, and winback — with branching logic, A/B splits, and channel fallbacks tuned to each catalog and margin profile.

On top of the platform we layer our own data and AI work: we sync Omnisend events into the warehouse for true revenue attribution, feed predictive propensity and churn scores back in as segment inputs, and use generated content to keep subject lines, product blocks, and SMS copy fresh at scale.
