We build EGGKNITE's client delivery on ClickUp, modeling each engagement as a Space with standardized Lists for paid media, analytics, lifecycle, and AI-build workstreams. Custom fields carry the metadata that matters to growth work — channel, campaign, KPI target, sprint, priority, and status — so every task is queryable, not just a to-do. We wire ClickUp Automations to move work through stages, assign owners, and trigger notifications, and we surface Dashboards that roll up delivery health, capacity, and cycle time for account leads and clients.
Because ClickUp exposes a full REST API and webhooks, we treat it as a structured data source in our stack. We sync task and custom-field data into our warehouse alongside ad and analytics data, push generated deliverables and briefs in as Docs and tasks, and let webhook events fire downstream pipelines.
