Google Workspace
Turn Gmail, Sheets, Drive, and Calendar into the operating layer for growth and AI
Google Workspace is Google's cloud productivity suite — Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Forms, and the admin and identity controls that govern them. It runs on shared, permissioned cloud storage with real-time collaboration and a full set of programmable APIs and Apps Script automation. For most teams it is where email, documents, spreadsheets, and scheduling actually live day to day.
EGGKNITE treats Google Workspace as connective tissue between marketing systems and the people who run them. We build with the Workspace APIs and Apps Script to move data where it needs to be — piping campaign metrics into Sheets, generating Docs and Slides from live reporting, routing lead notifications and approvals through Gmail, and syncing Calendar with CRM and sales cadences. Google service accounts and domain-wide delegation let us automate at org scale while respecting Workspace's native permission model.
We also use Sheets and Apps Script as a lightweight application layer for fast internal tools — approval queues, budget pacing trackers, and QA checklists — before anything warrants a heavier build. Everything is wired with least-privilege OAuth scopes, shared-drive governance, and audit logging so automations stay inside your existing identity, retention, and compliance boundaries.
We stream ad-platform, analytics, and CRM data into Google Sheets, then auto-generate client-ready Slides and Docs so weekly reviews build themselves from source data instead of manual copy-paste.
Inbound leads trigger templated Gmail follow-ups, owner assignment, and Calendar booking with the right rep — keeping speed-to-lead tight without a separate tool for every step.
We stand up budget pacing trackers, campaign QA checklists, and approval queues in Sheets with Apps Script logic, giving teams working software in days while heavier platforms are still being scoped.
No. We build against the standard Workspace APIs and Apps Script, which are available across Business and Enterprise tiers. Higher tiers add controls like advanced data regions and Vault, which we use when your governance requires them.
We use least-privilege OAuth scopes, scoped service accounts, and shared-drive permissions so automations touch only what they need. Everything runs inside your own Workspace tenant and identity model, with admin audit logging intact.
For the right scope, yes. Sheets plus Apps Script is excellent for pacing, QA, and approval workflows. When volume or logic outgrows it, we migrate the same workflow to a database-backed app without disrupting the team.
