Turn Slack into the control room for your growth and AI operations
Slack is a messaging and collaboration platform built around channels, threads, huddles, and a deep app and automation layer (Workflow Builder, bots, slash commands, and a full API surface). Teams use it as the connective tissue between people and the tools they run all day. For marketing and data teams, it doubles as a real-time operations layer where alerts, approvals, and decisions happen.
We build Slack into the operational spine of the growth stacks we ship. Using incoming webhooks, the Web and Events APIs, Block Kit, and Workflow Builder, we route the signals that matter — pacing and spend anomalies from paid media, pipeline changes from the CRM, deploy and data-freshness status, lifecycle campaign results — into the exact channels where the right people can act. We build slash commands and interactive Block Kit messages so a marketer can approve a budget shift, pause a campaign, or trigger a report without leaving the conversation.
On the engineering side, we treat Slack as an event hub and a human-in-the-loop interface. We wire it to our analytics warehouse, orchestration jobs, and internal services so scheduled digests, threshold alerts, and QA notices post automatically with full context and links back to source. When a workflow needs a person to decide, the message carries buttons and a modal that write the decision straight back into the originating system, keeping the audit trail clean and the loop tight.
We stream spend, pacing, and CPA breaches from ad platforms and our warehouse into a dedicated channel with Block Kit cards, so the media team sees a budget overrun or CPA spike within minutes and can pause or reallocate from an in-message button.
When a high-intent lead or key pipeline event fires, we post an enriched card to the owning channel with source data and one-click actions, cutting the lag between a conversion signal and the sales or lifecycle follow-up.
We schedule automated Slack digests summarizing campaign and revenue metrics, and post immediate alerts when a pipeline is late or a metric drifts, so reporting failures surface in-channel before a dashboard misleads anyone.
Most of what we build — incoming webhooks, custom bots, slash commands, and Block Kit interactions — works on any Slack plan. Certain governance and retention features and higher API and automation ceilings come with paid tiers, and we scope each build to your plan up front.
We tune every integration around thresholds, routing, and severity, so channels carry signal rather than a firehose. Digests batch the routine, real-time alerts fire only on the conditions you define, and each message links back to its source for context.
We use scoped OAuth tokens limited to the channels and actions a workflow needs, store secrets outside the workspace, verify request signatures on inbound events, and follow least-privilege so an integration can only do what it was built to do.
