Notion

Notion as the connected workspace behind your growth and AI operations

Overview

Notion is a flexible workspace that combines documents, wikis, and relational databases in one place, so teams can plan, write, and track work without stitching together separate tools. Its database views, properties, and relations turn free-form pages into structured data you can filter, roll up, and automate. For marketing and AI teams it doubles as a content hub, a campaign tracker, and a lightweight source of record.

How we build with it

We build with Notion's API to make it the operational spine of a growth program: content calendars, campaign briefs, experiment logs, and asset libraries live in structured databases with properties that map cleanly to your channels, funnels, and owners. We design the schema — relations between briefs, deliverables, and campaigns; rollups for status and pacing — so the workspace stays queryable rather than becoming a pile of loose pages. From there we wire two-way syncs to the tools that actually run the work: ad platforms, analytics warehouses, CMS, and CRM.

On the AI side, Notion becomes both a knowledge base and a control surface. We index approved pages and databases as retrieval context for internal assistants, and we push generated drafts, briefs, and reports back into Notion for human review. Automations trigger on property changes — a brief moving to "Ready" kicks off asset generation, a campaign flipping to "Live" opens tracking — so the workspace records intent while our pipelines do the execution.

01
Campaign command center

We build a Notion workspace where every campaign, brief, and creative variant is a linked database record, with rollups that surface pacing, spend, and status across channels at a glance. Owners update one place and downstream automations stay in sync.

02
AI content pipeline with human review

We generate blog drafts, ad variants, and lifecycle copy programmatically and land them as structured Notion pages routed through an approval property. Editors review and approve in Notion; approval publishes to the CMS or ad platform.

03
Marketing knowledge base for assistants

We turn a client's brand guidelines, offer library, and past-campaign learnings into a curated Notion knowledge base, then index it as retrieval context so internal AI assistants answer with the team's own approved facts and voice.

FAQ
Can Notion be the single source of truth for our marketing work?

For planning and coordination, yes — we model briefs, campaigns, content, and assets as related databases so status and ownership stay accurate. Systems of record like your ad platforms, warehouse, and CRM remain authoritative for spend and performance, and we sync the relevant fields into Notion so it reflects them.

How do you connect Notion to our other tools?

We build on the official Notion API, using database queries, page updates, and webhooks (via automation layers) to move data both directions. Typical connections include CMS publishing, analytics warehouses, ad platforms, and CRM, orchestrated so a change in Notion can trigger real work downstream.

Will custom databases and automations survive Notion updates?

Yes. We build against Notion's stable public API and design schemas with explicit property types and relations, so integrations are resilient to workspace edits. We monitor syncs and version the schema so structural changes are deliberate and tracked.
